1. I remember God loves me
"Therefore, since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not
lose heart." 2 Corinthians 4:1
"By the grace of God I am what I am ..." 2 Cor 15:10
2. I maintain clear concsience
"Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use
deception, nor do we distort the Word of God...we commend ourselves to
every man's conscience in the sight of God." 2 Cor 4:2
3. I have the right motivation
"For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves
as your servants for Jesus's sake." 2 Cor 4:5
4. I accept my limitation
"But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all
surpassing power is from God and not ourselves." 2 Cor 4:7
5. I must love other people
"All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more
and more people may cause thansgiving to overflow to the glory of God."
2 Cor 4:15
6. I take time to recharge
"Therefore, we do not lose heart. Through outwardly we are wasting
away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day." 2 Cor 4:16
7. I must keep my eyes on the goal
"For out light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal
glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is
seen, but what is unseen. For what is seen is temporal, but what is
unseen is eternal." 2 Cor 4:17-18
"Let us not become weary in doing good for at the proper time we will
reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galations 6:9
