HOW   TO  MAKE  SUCCESSFUL  DECISION

1. STEP ONE:  Pray for guidance  (INSPIRATION)
"A man is foolish to trust himself.  But those who use God's wisdom are safe."  Proverbs 28:26

"It is the Lord who gives wisdom..."  Proverbs 2:6

2. STEP TWO:  Get the facts (INFORMATION)
"Every prudent man acts out of knowledge."  Proverbs 13:16

"What a shame - how stupid to decide before knowing the facts!" Proverbs 18:13

"Get the facts at any price ..."  Proverbs 23:23

3. STEP THREE:  Ask for advice (CONSULTATION)
"The more advice you get, the more likely you are to win."  Proverbs 24:6

"Get good advice and you will succeed."  Proverbs 20:18

"The intelligent man is always open to new ideas.  In fact, he looks for them!" Proverbs 18:15

4. STEP FOUR:  Set your goals (SELECTION)
"An intelligent person aims at wise actions, but a fool starts off in many directions."  
Proverbs 17:24

5. STEP FIVE:  Count the cost (EVALUATION)
"It is a trap for a man to dedicate something rashly and only later to consider his vows."  
Proverbs 20:25

6. STEP SIX:  Plan for problems (PREPARATION)
"Don't go charging into a battle without a plan."  Proverbs 20:18.

"A sensible man watches for problems ahead and prepares to meet them.
The simpleton never looks and suffers the consequences."  Proverbs 22:3

7. STEP SEVEN:  Face your fear (CONFRONTATION)
"Fear of man is a dangerous trap, but to trust in God means safety." Proverbs 29:25

"Reverence for the Lord gives confidence and security."  Proverbs 14:26

8. STEP EIGHT:  Go for it (INITIATION)
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed." Proverbs 16:3
